And all I could think was:
What if this was what Sarah had been missing?
And what if the fatigue, the weight gain, the shame…
Were never failures but symptoms of something deeper?
What if her body wasn’t broken, just starved of something it needed to function?
Because these women… they weren’t counting calories.
They weren’t killing themselves at the gym.
